There are eight active ministries: Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Single’s Ministry, Love Labs Ministry, Mental Health Ministry, and Outreach Ministry.

In Exodus 18, it was Jethro who recognized the need for shared leadership and advised Moses to appoint elders over groups of people so everyone could be cared for well. This wisdom shaped a model where leadership was shared, people were known, and no one was overlooked.

As Vertical Church looks to the future, we are embracing this same biblical principle through Connect Groups. Every member will be connected to an Elder or Pastor who provides spiritual care, guidance, and support. This ensures that as we grow, we grow together: deepening relationships, strengthening community, and staying connected at every level.

The Store: Matthew 25:35-40 NIV says, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

That is what The Store is all about. We want to be a blessing to our congregation and to our community.

Missions: Sending missionaries out locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Weekly Sharing: Every week we get to evangelize through our committment to sharing live streams, social media posts, etc. with our personal online audiences.

Launching this year, the Horizontal Family Resource Center is a tangible response to the call of Matthew 25—to serve the hungry, the vulnerable, and the overlooked. Horizontal FRC seeks to meet real needs with compassion, dignity, and action.

Through access to resources, community partnerships, and practical support, the Horizontal Family Resource Center reflects our belief that serving people is not optional; it is essential. This is how Vertical Church lives out its faith beyond the walls, turning compassion into impact and love into action.
