  • To enjoy our full VIP Guest Welcome, plan to arrive by 9:40 AM.

    Enter from Thousand Oaks Drive, turn on your hazard lights, and don’t forget to bring your smile—you’re about to be treated like the VIP you are!

    After 9:50 AM, we begin shifting into our worship experience. While you’ll still be warmly welcomed, we don’t want you to miss a moment of the personal touch our Reach Team has prepared just for you.

  • You’ll know you’re in the right place as soon as you arrive!

    • Use the Thousand Oaks Drive entrance

    • Turn on your hazard lights so our Parking Dream Team can easily identify you as a first-time guest

    • Follow the signs and smiling faces—they’ll guide you to your reserved parking near the entrance

  • We know visiting a new church can feel like a big step, so we’ve made it easy for you. Here's what you can expect:

    • A VIP check-in with a free gift just for showing up

    • Our Reach Team ready to greet you by name and walk with you through your first Vertical experience

    • Help checking in your kids at Vertical Kids

    • A short walkthrough so you know what’s happening and when

    • An inspiring service with passionate worship, practical teaching, and a welcoming atmosphere
